A Little bit about the founder
I’m a 40-year-old husband and father of two boys, and like many people, I thought I was doing a pretty good job taking care of my health—until my routine bloodwork told me otherwise.Several markers came back concerning, and it became clear that I needed to make some real changes to my lifestyle and the way I was eating. I started looking for a nutrition app that could help me stay on track, but I couldn’t find one that worked the way I wanted it to.Instead of settling, I decided to build something of my own.That’s how EquiBite was born.I created EquiBite to make nutrition and healthier choices feel simpler, more practical, and easier to stick with in everyday life. It was built from a very personal need—to take better control of my health and create something that could help others do the same.What started as my own journey toward better health has turned into an app I’m incredibly proud to share with others.EquiBite — created from real life, built for real change.
